Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for a CueCard Pro subscription. It is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel Pro at any time from the accountpage by clicking “Manage billing,” which opens the Stripe customer portal. There is no cancellation fee, and you do not need to contact us to cancel.

When you cancel, your subscription will not renew again. You keep access to Pro features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which your account returns to the free tier. Your contacts and scheduled messages are not deleted when you downgrade, but free-tier limits will apply going forward.

Refunds

Because cancelling stops future charges and you keep Pro through the end of the current period, we generally do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods (for example, the unused days of a month or year after you cancel). Annual and monthly subscriptions are treated the same way.

That said, we want you to be happy. If you were charged in error, experienced a problem that prevented you from using Pro, or believe your situation warrants a refund, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will work with you in good faith.

EU/UK and other statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that grants a statutory “cooling-off” or withdrawal right (often 14 days), that right applies to your purchase. Note that where you ask us to begin providing a digital subscription immediately, you may be asked to acknowledge that you can lose that withdrawal right once the service has been fully provided. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under mandatory local consumer-protection law.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe. It may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
